§ 1 [Subject]
1. The subject of these Regulations is to set forth terms and conditions of operating and using the Internet Shop forming part of the Edustacja.pl website, which allows Customers to have access to e-learning training.
2. The owner of the Shop is Edustacja.pl Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Reymonta 29, 60- 791 Poznań, entered in the Enterprises Register of the National Court Register under No 0000294276, Tax ID (VAT) No: 7811810156.
3. Edustacja.pl is the owner of any rights to the Internet shop and any parts thereof.
4. Providers of e-learning training ordered through the Internet shop are business partners of Edustacja.pl.
§ 2 [Definitions]
Terms and expressions used in these Regulations mean the following:
a) Customer - a natural person with legal capacity or a legal person or an entity without legal personality with legal capacity under relevant laws, who orders training through the order form available at the Internet Shop
b) Internet Shop - an Internet shop at the address: www.sklep.edustacja.pl owned by Edustacja.pl Sp. z o.o.
c) Services - e-learning training available from the Internet Shop
d) Technical Failure - a case when most or all Customers are not able to use basic functionalities of the Internet Shop, in particular are unable to log in.
e) Business Partner - a provider of e-learning training for the Internet Shop.

§ 3 [Terms of service provision]
1. In order to place an order with the Internet shop, customers must be registered with the Edustacja.pl website.
2. Placing an order means that the Customer accepts the terms and conditions hereof.
3. The customer orders services by placing an electronic order form, available at the Internet Shop.
4. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.
5. The order placement procedure consists of two steps. After the order is placed, the Customer receives a message at the e-mail address indicated in the order form, with the order placement confirmation, and details of the bank account that the payment for the Service should be made into. Within 3 business days of the payment date, the Customer receives a login and a password to the e-mail address indicated in the order form, allowing the Customer to participate in the training.
6. All prices at the Internet Shop are quoted in the Polish złoty (PLN). The price quoted for each Service is binding on the order date. Edustacja.pl reserves the right to change prices, as well as withdraw individual Services from the offering without prior notification. Changes in prices or the offering do not apply to orders that are already being processed.
7. Details on the thematic scope of individual training units and the duration of their availability are provided in each training's description.
8. Training is made available over the Internet (online).
9. In order to use the training, the Customer should have hardware and software as stated in the training description.
10. Every order placed with the Ship is verified by the Shop's staff. If there are mistakes in the order or the Customer's contact details are missing, the order is not processed until the mistakes are corrected by the Customer.
11. Any notices from Edustacja.pl to the Customer are electronic, delivered to the electronic mail address indicated in the order.
§ 4 [Rights and Responsibilities of Edustacja.pl]
1. Edustacja.pl shall not be liable for the quality and subject matter-related contents of the Services available at the Internet Shop and provided by Business Partners. Edustacja.pl shall not be liable for any actions of Business Partners, however in the event of a breach by the Business Partner of any laws or terms and conditions governing the order placement, Edustacja.pl shall exercise due care to avoid any such breach in the future.
2. Edustacja.pl shall take all reasonable steps to ensure correct and uninterrupted operation of the Internet Shop. In the event of any Technical Failures, Edustacja.pl shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate, as far as possible, the consequences of such failure.
3. Edustacja.pl reserves the right to make periodic maintenance breaks to minimise the risk of Technical Failures. Edustacja.pl shall cause such maintenance breaks to be as little nuisance to Users as possible. To that end and as far as practicable, such maintenance breaks shall be scheduled at night.
4. Edustacja.pl shall not be liable for any Technical Failures or other disruptions to the Website's operations that are caused by force majeure, equipment failure, Customers' actions or interference by third parties.
5. In the event of a Technical Failure, Edustacja.pl shall not be liable for any damage or lost profit caused by the Website's being inoperative.
§ 5 [Complaint procedure]
1. Any disruptions to the Internet Shop's operation can be reported by Customers electronically, to: sklep@edustacja.pl.
2. The complaint report should contain the following details:
a) Business name/name and surname of the Customer
b) Registered office/home address of the Customer
c) Subject of complaint
d) Reasons and legal ground for the complaint
e) Customer's expectations towards Edustacja.pl
3. Complaints are processed by Edustacja.pl within 14 days of submission. Edustacja.pl reserves the right not to examine the complaint which results from the failure to read these regulations. Should the complaint fail to contain all the details indicated in 5.2, Edustacja.pl shall set a 7-day period for the Customer to submit the correct complaint.
§ 6 [Final provisions]
1. In the case that any provision hereof is amended or made invalid under a final and binding court judgment, this shall not affect other provisions hereof, which shall remain effective and binding on the Customer and Edustacja.pl.
2. These regulations shall be valid indefinitely.
3. These Regulations shall be governed by Polish laws.
4. Matters which are not explicitly governed by these Regulations shall be governed by the Polish Civil Code.
5. Any disputes as may arise between Edustacja.pl and Customers in connection with the performance hereof shall be settled amicably between the Parties. Should the parties fail to reach an agreement thereon, any such disputes shall be referred to the court of general jurisdiction competent for Edustacja.pl Sp. z o.o.'s registered office.
